Service Agent Registration
We are currently looking for service agents and qualified people who have experiece working with electrical appliances. We are particularly interested in those people who have dealt with restaurant equipment - for obvious reasons.
We are currently expanding our service network, and are in the process of building a comprehensive database of qualified technicians to whom we can refer our customers for the purposes of warranty work, general service and maintenance.
Our goal is to have several options in each area, so that if one service agent is too busy, we can refer our customer to someone else. Generally we always hope to be able to offer service within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the service request.
We are supplying products nationally, and therefore we are not restricted to any particular metropolitan area. With this in mind, we are registering every service agent that we can find, so that we can insure that we offer amongst the widest service coverage within this industry.
It is our goal to become known as a truly customer oriented organisation, and we see service as being a critical part of that goal.
