• The Eco-peeler knives are designed to be a general purpose paring knife and peeling knife, with a limited lifetime. They are built from the same quality of steel, but they are designed to be economically priced.
• The pistol grip professional cooks knife series is designed for those who like a more substantial handle. The handle is based on meat processing, where the knife will be in hand for extended periods of time.
These lines may be extended where we have a request or where we can see demand building.
