This show proved to be very interesting for us. The challenge was to fit a wide range into 12 square metres. After designing a layout at our new Brookvale Warehouse, we were confident that it could work. The result was a fairly tightly packed but comprehensive summary of the G&K range.
A lot of our dealers dropped by, which was particularly pleasing. We had visits from dealers from places like Cairns, Perth, Adelaide and some new ones from Tasmania. This was really appreciated.

We used FSA 2008 to make a soft introduction of our new knife supplier - Martinez & Gascon. We also showed a new gas Rice Cooker from Rinnai - another new product we hope to have soon. We are currently assessing the range in close consultation with Rinnai Australia.
Our stand was certainly crowded, as we made good use of the entire 30 square metres. This proved beneficial to dealers who had the opportunity to see our entire range in one place.

MARTINEZ & GASCON - Hostelco - Spain October 2008
Premium knife manufacturer Martinez & Gascon, recently exhibited their range of finely crafted knives, at Hostelco in Spain. As part of the show, they released the new line of Teflon coated Cooks and Santoku knives. The new range received overwhelming positive feedback from both professional chefs and the industry in general.
