G&K Dealer Policy
At G&K we actively support our national dealer network. We believe that they are strongly positioned to provide us with a degree of coverage that would not be possible for us to replicate without their support. Where possible it is the policy of G&K to always direct your enquiries to a dealer that we know will be able to offer you the products and service that your enquiry requires. We will always maintain a preference towards dealers whom we are aware will have the item you require, in stock. If there is no dealer in your area with that particular item in stock, we will then direct you to the nearest dealer in preference of those who offer G&K the most support, but perhaps in other product lines.
Should there not be a dealer within a reasonable distance from your location, we are happy to approach your local dealer to ask them to carry our products. Alternatively, we will offer you the product directly from us at our recommended retails price + shipping costs.
If we direct you to our dealers, and they actively encourage you away from the G&K product that you have requested, please contact us and we will redirect you to a more reliable dealer, or alternatively offer you the product ourselves. We will not allow our dealer policy to stand in the way of making our products easily and conveniently available to all interested customers,
